Sessions take place within a private studio in DUMBO, Brooklyn, and through concierge care across New York City and the Hamptons. Each session is a body-first approach to nervous system regulation, integrating therapeutic massage, lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, and energy work, guided by the body’s needs in real time.
