Founder. Practitioner. Nervous system–centered care.
Buddha’s Heart is a private, founder-led somatic and energetic healing practice created by Camila Oopp, a Chilean-born practitioner whose work has been shaped by years of hands-on clinical experience, international training, and direct work with bodies under sustained stress, trauma, and responsibility.
Before establishing Buddha’s Heart, Camila lived and worked across more than 45 countries throughout Asia, Europe, and the Americas. This global path was not a search for novelty, but an immersion into how different cultures relate to the body, healing, discipline, and care. Over time, this exposure refined a clear perspective: while approaches differ, the nervous system responds universally to safety, precision, and attuned presence.
Buddha’s Heart was founded in 2022 in Los Angeles, later expanding through Miami, and is now rooted in New York City with an ongoing presence in the Hamptons. The practice evolved organically through demand — not branding — shaped by private clients seeking depth, discretion, and results beyond surface-level wellness.
Camila’s work is grounded in advanced somatic bodywork, myofascial release, trauma-informed touch, and structured energetic practices, with a strong emphasis on nervous system regulation as the foundation for emotional and physical stability.
Her training includes formal bodywork and Reiki studies in Thailand and Chile, followed by advanced specialization in the United States in lymphatic massage, myofascial release, and pranic-based energetic work. She has maintained an active hands-on practice since 2017, completing over 2000 hours of direct client sessions, refining her work through lived clinical experience rather than theory alone.
Since 2020, her focus has expanded to include sound-based therapies, vagal support, and integrative somatic approaches, alongside the selective use of restorative technologies. This continued evolution has been shaped by sustained work with bodies under chronic stress, trauma, and high demand.
Over the past several years, Camila has worked extensively in private settings across New York, the Hamptons, Miami, and Palm Beach, supporting clients navigating high-pressure professional lives, creative responsibility, trauma recovery, and major life transitions. This depth of practice led to the development of The Reset Method, a structured, body-led approach designed to recalibrate the nervous system, support regulation, and restore internal coherence over time.
Her role is not to fix or override the body, but to read it accurately and work with it precisely. Sessions are known for their depth, intensity, and clarity, guided by discernment, technical skill, and respect for the body’s capacity.
Buddha’s Heart serves founders, executives, creatives, and vision-driven individuals who require serious, intelligent care and who value continuity, discretion, and results grounded in the body rather than theory.
This is not mass wellness.
It is a focused, founder-led practice built on experience, precision, and accountability.
