Camila Oopp
Founder of Buddha’s Heart |Creator of the RESET Method™ | Somatic Practitioner, Reiki Master, Pranic Healer & Sound Healing Facilitator
Camila Orellana is a Chilean-born entrepreneur, somatic practitioner, and founder of Buddha's Heart Healing. She is the creator of the RESET Method™, an integrative framework that combines nervous system regulation, myofascial release, therapeutic bodywork, energetic healing, and modern recovery practices to support physical, emotional, and energetic well-being.
Having traveled, lived, and worked across more than 45 countries throughout Asia, Europe, and the Americas, Camila's approach has been shaped by a lifelong exploration of healing traditions, human behavior, spirituality, and embodied wellness. Influenced by Buddhist philosophy, ancient healing systems, and contemporary somatic science, she developed a body-centered methodology rooted in the belief that regulation and healing begin through awareness of the body's signals and patterns.
Originally trained in massage therapy, Reiki, and energy healing in Thailand and Chile, Camila later expanded her studies in the United States, specializing in lymphatic therapies, myofascial release, trauma-informed touch, vagal nervous system support, fascia-focused bodywork, and integrative recovery modalities.
Since 2017, she has accumulated more than 2,000 hours of direct client care, working with hundreds of individuals navigating stress, burnout, trauma, chronic tension, anxiety, grief, and nervous system dysregulation. Her work integrates evidence-informed practices with intuitive observation, helping clients restore connection between the body, mind, and emotional experience.
Known for the depth of her sessions and her holistic approach to healing, Camila's work focuses on teaching individuals how to understand the body's language, recognize stored stress patterns, and cultivate greater resilience, regulation, and self-awareness.
Her philosophy is simple: the body holds the story, and transformation begins when we learn how to listen.
