A private 1:1 in-person two-day immersive Reiki certification rooted in the traditional lineage of Mikao Usui Reiki Ryoho, designed to develop energetic awareness, nervous system sensitivity, and foundational hands-on healing practices through a grounded, body-led approach.
This training explores the principles of Reiki, self-treatment practices, intuitive awareness, energetic regulation, and the connection between mind, body, spirit, and emotional wellbeing. Participants will learn how to safely work with energy through self-healing techniques, hands-on practices for others, and energetic connection with plants and animals.
The training also explores the relationship between emotional and energetic blockages, stress patterns, and their potential connection to physical imbalance and illness through a somatic and energetic lens.
